The workshops registration includes:

• admission to the workshops on Sunday, 14 October 2012

• lunch and coffee breaks for Sunday, 14 October 2012

The main conference registration includes:

• admission to all sessions in all NordiCHI2012 conference from Monday, 15 October 2012 to Wednesday, 17 October 2012
• conference bag with name badge, program book, participant list and other relevant materials
• conference banquet* on Tuesday, 16 October 2012 at Fabrikken at Islands Brygge
• lunches and coffee breaks for all three days

*Please note that if you register after Sunday, 30 September, it will not be possible to sign up for the conference banquet.

Terms & Conditions

Cancellation and Refunds

We reserve the right to cancel the conference (hereafter "the event") if registration rate is too low or in case of force majeure. Please see the paragraph about force majeure below for further details.

Registration made before 16 September 2012 (early registration) can be cancelled before the early registration deadline ends, and will be refunded except for registration and payment fees. In RegOnline, these fees are approx. 4 Euros for a registration plus credit card processing fees of 5%.

Registration made after 16 September 2011 until 10 October 2012 (late registration) is forfeit under all circumstances, but you may transfer your seat to another person. This substitution must be made and registered in the RegOnline system.

Registration made after 10 October 2012 can neither be cancelled nor transferred to another person.

On-Site Registration and Payment

Please note that on-site registration and payment are also handled through the Regonline registration system using credit cards. Hence, we do not accept payment on site in cash or by cheque.

Force majeure

In case of force majeure (defined as "an extraordinary event or circumstance beyond the control of the parties, such as a war, strike, riot, crime (like terror actions), hurricane, flooding, earthquake, volcanic eruption, sudden epidemics, etc.), the event will be cancelled. The registration fee will be refunded except for bank transaction and credit card fee plus 150 euro for the costs that have been defrayed. Please note that as alternative to this option, we will have to hire a Professional Congress Organiser to take care a major part of the conference organization and in that case, the registration fees will be far more expensive than the current ones.

We only make contract with hotels that have a clear force majeure policy to secure that you won’t have to pay for any kinds of fee in case of room cancellation caused by force majeure.
